As an Architecture Manager, you will oversee and manage all architectural projects within our company located in Faisalabad, Pakistan. Your responsibilities will include leading a team of architects to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, while also maintaining high quality standards. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide creative solutions that meet their expectations.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing project plans, managing resources, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth project execution. You will also be responsible for reviewing designs and providing feedback to ensure they meet industry standards and local building codes.

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong understanding of architectural design principles and techniques. You must also have excellent leadership skills to effectively manage a team of architects. As our company is located in Faisalabad, it is preferred that you have knowledge of local building regulations and construction practices.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture management
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Knowledge of local building regulations and construction practices (preferred)
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
