The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office and ensuring its smooth functioning. They will manage a team of administrative staff, handle correspondence, maintain office supplies and equipment, and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and on time. The ideal candidate should have experience in office management, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities. This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$ per month in Porto. Accommodation will be provided for non-local candidates. A biometric passport is required due to the urgent nature of the job.
