IT Manager



As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's information technology systems and infrastructure. Your primary goal will be to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all computer systems, networks, and software applications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the company's IT systems and infrastructure
- Manage a team of IT professionals and provide guidance and support as needed
- Oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of hardware, software, and network systems
- Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place to protect against potential threats or disasters
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for upgrades or improvements to current systems
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors for hardware, software, and technical support services
- Monitor IT budgets and expenses to ensure cost-effective operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Proven experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, security protocols, hardware/software installations, upgrades, configuration, troubleshooting
- Experience with budget management and vendor relations
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Salary: 1800$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Herzliya, Israel (accommodation not provided)
