IT Manager



We are hiring an experienced and skilled IT Manager to join our team in Herzliya. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all technology operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our company's IT systems. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in Information Technology and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including budgeting, planning, and organizing resources
- Oversee system upgrades, installations, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance
- Monitor network infrastructure to identify potential issues and proactively address them
- Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and training when needed
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and implement solutions that improve efficiency and productivity
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to recommend innovative solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Proven experience in managing complex IT projects from start to finish
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, hardware, software, security protocols, etc.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical individuals
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively

Preferred Requirements:
- Experience working in an international company or managing cross-border teams
- Knowledge of multiple programming languages (e.g. Java, Python)
- Certification in project management (e.g. PMP) or other relevant certifications

Salary:
1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Herzliya, Israel
