Computer Support Specialist (Egyptian Nationals)


A reputable IT company in Vianden is urgently seeking an experienced Computer Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should be an Egyptian national with excellent English communication skills and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure computer systems, peripherals, and software
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and solutions provided
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement solutions for complex issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in technical support or IT helpdesk role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
