Preservation Architect

We are seeking a skilled Preservation Architect to join our team in Remish, providing visa sponsorship for Indian nationals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural preservation and restoration, with at least 3 years of experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of historic structures and determine appropriate preservation and restoration strategies
- Develop detailed plans and specifications for preservation projects, including budget estimates and materials selection
- Oversee the implementation of preservation projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations and best practices
- Collaborate with other architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure high-quality results
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during the project
- Provide guidance and support to junior architects or interns working on preservation projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited university
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Preservation Architect, preferably with experience working on historic structures
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations related to historic preservation
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD and Revit
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Salary: $1700/month (negotiable based on experience)
