Entry-Level Preservation Architect
We are currently seeking a talented Preservation Architect to join our team in Remish. As an Entry-Level Preservation Architect, you will work closely with experienced architects and preservation specialists to assist with the preservation and restoration of historic buildings and structures. Responsibilities:
- Assist with site surveys, documentation, and research for historic buildings and structures
- Collaborate with senior architects to develop preservation plans and proposals
- Conduct field investigations and assessments of existing conditions
- Prepare drawings, specifications, and other technical documents
- Assist with project coordination and management
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and contractors
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Passion for historic preservation and cultural heritage
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software is preferred but not required
Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on qualifications)
Location: Remish (open to candidates from any nationality)
