Online Consultant (Filipino or Nepali) - Work from Home


We are seeking a motivated and experienced Online Consultant to join our team. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through various online platforms. This is a work from home position, so you can work from the comfort of your own home.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English and either Filipino or Nepali
- Previous experience in customer service or sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Own visa and accommodation in Chelyabinsk, Russia

Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries through online platforms such as email, chat, and social media
- Providing recommendations and solutions to customers based on their needs
- Maintaining a positive attitude while dealing with challenging situations
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Assisting with any technical issues or concerns that may arise

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1800 per month for this position.
