Restaurant Manager
Our busy restaurant in Roskilde is seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring quality service and food, and meeting financial goals.
Responsibilities:
- Train and manage restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and host/hostesses
- Create schedules for staff to ensure proper coverage during peak hours
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- Oversee food preparation to ensure quality standards are met
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any complaints or concerns promptly
- Implement cost-saving measures to help meet financial goals
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a management role in the food industry preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively train and motivate staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this full-time position.
