Restaurant Manager - Roskilde, Denmark
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Roskilde. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff
- Create and maintain schedules for staff to ensure adequate coverage
- Train new employees on company policies and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Develop strategies to increase sales and improve overall restaurant performance
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the restaurant industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Proven track record of achieving targets and maintaining profitability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Fluent in Danish (additional languages are an asset)
