Responsibilities:
- Follow instructions from senior finishers to complete tasks accurately and efficiently
- Sand, buff, and polish finished products to achieve desired smoothness and shine
- Use various tools and techniques to apply finishes such as paint, stain, or varnish
- Inspect finished products for quality control before delivery or installation
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Basic knowledge of finishing techniques preferred but not required
- Detail-oriented with excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
