Project Manager - Construction


We are searching for a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Herzliya. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects within strict deadlines and budget constraints. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute construction projects according to agreed-upon specifications and timelines
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project success
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates on project status to stakeholders
- Manage project budget, expenses, and resources effectively
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and requirements
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle
- Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction progress and quality control
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
- Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalee proficiency preferred)
- Experience working in Herzliya or similar geographical location is an advantage

Salary: $1000/month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Herzliya (accommodation provided if needed)
