Our company is a leading technology firm based in Faisalabad, looking for a highly skilled and experienced Database Administrator to join our team. As a Database Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our company's databases to ensure they are secure, efficient, and up-to-date.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement database structures to meet business requirements.
- Monitor database performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency.
- Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures.
- Troubleshoot database issues and provide solutions.
- Develop and implement security protocols to protect sensitive data.
- Collaborate with IT team to ensure compatibility between systems.
- Train employees on database use and best practices.
- Keep up-to-date with industry advancements in databases and implement new technologies when applicable.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Database Administrator or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of SQL and database management systems (DBMS).
- Experience with data backup, recovery, security, and integrity.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java or Python is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail with strong organizational abilities.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.
