We are in need of a skilled and motivated Construction Site Manager to oversee our projects in Funchal, Portugal. As the Construction Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and ensuring the successful completion of construction projects.

Your main duties will include coordinating and overseeing subcontractors, managing project timelines and budgets, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and communicating with clients and stakeholders. You will also be responsible for sourcing materials and equipment, resolving any issues that may arise on site, and maintaining accurate project documentation.

To excel in this role, you should have previous experience in construction management and a strong understanding of construction processes. A degree in construction management or a related field is preferred. You must also possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
