Body Repair Master

We are a well-established automotive repair shop in Alta, Norway and we are seeking an experienced and skilled Body Repair Master to join our team. As a Body Repair Master, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition. This is a full-time position with a salary of $900 per week.
Responsibilities:
- Examine damaged vehicles and determine the best course of action for repair
- Perform body repairs such as removing dents, filling and sanding surfaces, and replacing damaged parts
- Weld and bond metal components together to repair structural damage
- Apply paint and finishing touches to repaired areas
- Ensure all repairs meet safety standards and manufacturer specifications
- Keep track of inventory levels for necessary parts and materials
- Communicate with customers to explain repair process and provide estimates for services
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Automotive Technician or Body Repair Master
- Knowledge of different types of vehicle frames, materials, and repair methods
- Ability to use various tools including welding equipment, paint guns, and sanding tools
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality workmanship
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
