Job Title: Body Repair Master

We are in search of a skilled and experienced Body Repair Master to join our team in Alta, Norway. As a Body Repair Master, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicle body parts to their original condition. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and extensive knowledge of various repair techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect damaged vehicles and assess the extent of repairs needed
- Remove damaged body parts and repair or replace them as necessary
- Use specialized tools and equipment to shape, weld, or cut metal to repair body panels
- Apply fillers, primers, and paint to the repaired areas
- Ensure all repairs are conducted in accordance with safety standards
- Keep track of inventory and order replacement parts as needed
- Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicle repairs

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Body Repair Master or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of vehicle body repair techniques and procedures
- Ability to use specialized tools and equipment effectively
- Good understanding of safety protocols in a workshop setting
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification from a vocational school or technical institute in automotive body repair is highly desirable
- Experience working with various types of vehicles such as cars, trucks, or motorcycles
- Knowledge of different types of paints and their application methods
