We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in both residential and commercial properties. This is a full-time position suitable for men who have a passion for fixing things and making them look their best.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs
- Respond to repair requests from tenants or property owners in a timely manner
- Inspect properties to identify issues and create a plan for repairs
- Install new fixtures, appliances, or equipment when needed
- Keep detailed records of work performed and materials used
- Communicate with property owners or managers regarding any necessary repairs or updates
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of various repair techniques and tools
- Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain complex issues in simple terms
- Physical stamina and strength for lifting heavy objects and working on your feet for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills

Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or certification in relevant field is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Handyman or similar role

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1200$ per month. Salary may be negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
