We are a busy bakery in Odense, Denmark seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating and baking a variety of delicious breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to our recipes and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Measuring and mixing ingredients to create doughs and batters
- Kneading, shaping, proofing, and baking doughs
- Decorating and finishing products with toppings or fillings
- Maintaining accurate records of production processes and ingredient inventories
- Ensuring quality control by conducting regular checks on products
- Cleaning and maintaining work areas, equipment, and tools

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Baker in a professional setting
- Knowledge of different baking techniques, methods, and equipment
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Physically fit to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Must have a valid work permit or be eligible for visa sponsorship in Denmark
