We are in need of a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office in Sharjah. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, maintaining office supplies and equipment, coordinating with vendors and clients, and providing support to staff members. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. This is a contract job with a salary of 1200$ per month. Visa sponsorship is available for foreigners who are English speaking and have no prior experience in this role. Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Communicate with vendors and clients to ensure smooth operations
- Provide support to staff members as needed
- Monitor and manage office budgets
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Previous experience in an office management or administrative role is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with HR processes is a plus
