Office Manager - Sharjah, UAE (Indian Nationals Preferred)


We are a reputable company based in Sharjah, seeking an experienced and dynamic Office Manager to join our team. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative and clerical tasks in the office, ensuring smooth operations and efficient communication between different departments.

Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring sufficient stock levels at all times
- Coordinate with different departments to schedule meetings and appointments
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages and handle correspondence
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leaves and vacations
- Prepare reports, presentations and other documents as required by management
- Assist in recruiting new employees by posting job openings and scheduling interviews
- Provide support to the HR department in terms of employee relations, benefits administration, etc.
- Monitor office expenses and handle budgeting tasks

Requirements:
- Indian national with previous experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is preferred
