Architecture Manager
Location: Bergen, Norway


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Bergen, Norway. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of architects and designers to ensure successful completion of projects
- Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines
- Oversee the design process from concept to construction documentation
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure efficient project execution
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control
- Manage client relationships and address any concerns or issues that may arise during the course of a project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design and project management
- Extensive knowledge of building codes and regulations in Norway
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and consultants
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural design software
- Experience working on residential, commercial, and/or industrial projects is preferred

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this full-time position. In addition to salary, we also provide accommodation for our employees. We also offer free visas and tickets for international candidates.
