Industrial Architect
Location: Karachi, Pakistan

As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial structures and facilities. Your primary focus will be on creating functional and efficient spaces that meet the specific needs of our clients in Karachi. You will work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing industrial buildings, warehouses, factories, and other structures according to client specifications
- Conducting site visits and surveys to assess project feasibility
- Collaborating with engineers to ensure structural integrity and compliance with building codes
- Creating detailed plans, drawings, and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Evaluating materials and construction methods to determine the most cost-effective options for each project
- Managing project timelines and budgets
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns or issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in industrial architecture
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and construction methods
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, contractors, and team members
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: $900 per month (negotiable based on experience)
