Office Manager
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Manager to join our team in Aarhus. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring its smooth functioning. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing emails, and maintaining office supplies
- Coordinating with various departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow
- Managing office budgets, expenses, and invoices
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintaining accurate records and databases
- Supervising and training new office staff
- Assisting with HR tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Biometric passport required
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
