Office Manager (Contract) in Aarhus, Denmark
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Aarhus, Denmark. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative and operational tasks of our office. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and the ability to multitask.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Support HR functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Ensure a clean and organized office environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Prior experience as an Office Manager or similar role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs
Salary: $1100 per month
Location: Aarhus, Denmark (no accommodation provided)
