As a Teamlead in our dynamic and fast-paced company, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of employees to achieve company goals and objectives. Your main duty will be to motivate, coach, and develop team members to ensure high performance and productivity. You will work closely with other departments to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects. Your strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks will be essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of employees, ensuring their individual goals align with company objectives
- Motivate team members to achieve high levels of performance and productivity
- Coach team members on best practices and provide ongoing development opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects
- Monitor team progress and provide regular updates on performance metrics to upper management
- Address any issues or conflicts within the team in a timely manner
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with HR on recruitment, training, and retention efforts for the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field (or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Teamlead or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with cross-functional teams is preferred
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is located in Roskilde, Denmark. However, remote work options may be available for exceptional candidates.
