Are you an experienced Restaurant Manager looking for a new opportunity? Our restaurant in Dar Kulaib is seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high quality service and customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for managing staff, controlling costs, and maintaining inventory levels. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, strong leadership skills, and a passion for the food and beverage industry. This is an urgent job with visa sponsorship available. Salary is $1100 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations including customer service, food preparation, and inventory management
- Train and manage staff to ensure high-quality service and consistent performance
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve profitability
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain inventory levels by monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Valid work permit or eligibility for visa sponsorship
