Job Title: Part-Time Executive Chef
We are seeking a skilled and creative Executive Chef to join our team on a part-time basis in Odense. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen staff management. This role requires someone with experience in fine dining and a passion for creating unique and delicious dishes.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and create menus that reflect the restaurant's concept and appeal to our guests
- Oversee food preparation and ensure high-quality standards are maintained
- Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new ideas into menu offerings
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining establishment
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate staff
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary: 1200$ per month (based on experience)
Location: Odense, Denmark (accommodation provided)
