Merchandiser - Retail (Muscat, Oman)



We are hiring a Merchandiser to join our retail team in Muscat, Oman. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our store displays and shelves are visually appealing and well-stocked with products. This position requires someone with experience in merchandising, preferably in the retail industry.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute visual merchandising strategies to attract customers and maximize sales
- Collaborate with store managers to determine product placement and displays based on seasonality, current trends, and sales goals
- Ensure products are properly stocked, labeled, and displayed according to company standards
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any restocking needs to management
- Conduct regular store walkthroughs to assess product availability, placement, and overall appearance
- Create eye-catching displays using props, signage, and other visual elements
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements:
- Previous experience in merchandising, preferably in the retail industry
- Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques and principles
- Strong creative eye with an understanding of color schemes and product placement
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with store managers
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed
- Must have a valid visa for employment in Oman

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.
