CNC Operator



We are hiring a skilled CNC Operator to join our team in Nairobi. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to perform various tasks such as drilling, milling, and cutting. Your main goal will be to ensure that production runs smoothly and efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and set up CNC machines to start production
- Load raw materials into the machine and make necessary adjustments
- Monitor machine operations to ensure they are running smoothly
- Inspect finished products for defects and make necessary adjustments
- Troubleshoot issues with the machine or products as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings
- Knowledge of G-code programming is preferred but not required
- Ability to use precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers
- Good physical stamina and hand-eye coordination
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality control
- Experience with Haas or Fanuc machines is a plus

Benefits:
