Job Title: Metal Worker



We are seeking an experienced Metal Worker to join our team in Ufa. As a Metal Worker, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal structures and equipment. Your role will involve working with a variety of materials, such as steel, aluminum, and copper, to create high-quality products that meet client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine project requirements
- Cut, shape, and bend metal using various tools and equipment
- Weld or solder components together to form structures or repair damaged parts
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure all finished products meet industry standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects within specified timeframes
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing job duties

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Metal Worker or similar role in a manufacturing or construction setting
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using various metalworking tools (e.g. saws, grinders, drills)
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques and ability to operate welding equipment safely
- Ability to work with different types of metals and follow precise instructions from supervisors
- Good physical stamina and hand-eye coordination for performing tasks that require strength and precision
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality work
- Ability to work well in a team environment while also being able to complete tasks independently

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this position.

Contract Job:
This is a contract job with the possibility of extension based on performance.
