Body Repair Technician

Our auto repair shop in Utena is seeking a skilled and experienced Body Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in body repair and be able to perform a wide range of repairs, from minor dents to major collision damage. This position requires attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will also have good communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with our team of mechanics. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to determine the extent of repairs needed
- Perform body repairs including sanding, filling, priming, painting, and finishing
- Remove damaged parts and install new ones as needed
- Welding and frame straightening when necessary
- Ensure all repairs are completed accurately and efficiently according to industry standards
- Maintain a clean workspace and follow all safety protocols

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in body repair
- Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics, structures, and materials
- Ability to use various tools and equipment for repairs
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred:
- Experience working with foreign vehicles or non-standard materials
- Familiarity with electrical systems in automobiles
