We are seeking a skilled Concrete Worker to join our team in Washington. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and maintaining concrete structures and surfaces. Your main duties will include mixing, pouring, and leveling concrete, as well as operating various tools and equipment such as concrete saws and drills.

To excel in this role, you should have previous experience working with concrete and possess a strong understanding of construction techniques. You must also be physically fit, as this job requires heavy lifting and manual labor. Additionally, attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines are essential qualities for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Mix and pour concrete according to specifications
- Smooth and level surfaces using hand tools or power tools
- Operate machinery such as concrete saws, drills, and grinders
- Reinforce concrete with wire mesh or rebar when necessary
- Repair damaged structures using patching materials
- Follow safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents or injuries

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with concrete
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Good communication skills in English
