Industrial Architect
Location: Atlanta, USA
Salary: $1400/month

As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for the design and development of industrial structures such as factories, warehouses and manufacturing plants. Your main duties will include creating detailed plans and blueprints, conducting site visits to assess feasibility and ensure compliance with building codes, and working closely with clients to understand their needs and requirements. You will also be involved in project management, overseeing construction progress and ensuring that deadlines are met.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members

Preferred:
- Experience with LEED certification
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles
- Project management experience
