We are seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Baker to join our team in Mombasa, Kenya. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of Indian breads, pastries, and other baked goods. Your main duties will include measuring and mixing ingredients, shaping dough, monitoring oven temperatures, and decorating finished products.

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Baker in an Indian bakery
- Knowledge of traditional Indian baking techniques and recipes
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy trays
- Attention to detail and accuracy in measurements

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake different types of Indian breads (such as naan, roti, paratha) according to traditional recipes
- Create various Indian pastries (such as samosas, pakoras) using appropriate fillings
- Decorate finished products with toppings or icing as needed
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust settings when necessary
- Ensure that all baked goods are consistent in size, shape, and taste
- Keep track of inventory levels for ingredients and inform supervisor when supplies need to be replenished
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
