Barista for Coffee Shop

We are searching for an experienced and skilled Barista to join our team at a bustling coffee shop in Sharjah. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot, cold and specialty beverages to our customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for creating high-quality coffee drinks. Previous experience as a Barista is preferred but not required. This position offers competitive pay of 1100$ per month and includes accommodation. Applicants must be 12 pass with the ability to work flexible hours and weekends.

As a Barista, your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing and serving various types of coffee drinks according to customer preferences
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop
- Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Providing exceptional customer service by engaging with customers in a friendly manner
- Operating the cash register and handling transactions
- Restocking supplies as needed
- Adhering to all food safety standards

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent (12 pass)
- Previous experience as a Barista preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
