Restaurant Manager
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining financial stability. This role requires strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for the food and beverage industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant including scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting.
- Train and manage staff to ensure exceptional customer service and adherence to company policies.
- Monitor food quality to maintain high standards of taste and presentation.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Maintain financial records and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and supplies.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a diverse team.
- Proficient in budgeting and inventory management.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- A degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field is preferred.
