Restaurant Manager - Indian Cuisine (Doha, Qatar)



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our Indian cuisine restaurant in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the food and beverage industry, particularly with Indian cuisine. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth functioning and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant including staffing, inventory, budgeting and financial tracking
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and ensure consistency in taste and quality
- Oversee marketing initiatives to promote the restaurant and attract new customers
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the restaurant

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience working as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian cuisine establishment
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi or other Indian languages are a plus)
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts efficiently
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively
- Knowledge of budgeting, inventory management, and financial tracking software
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 per month with visa sponsorship provided.
