We are currently hiring a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager for our growing restaurant in Nizwa. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for the food industry and a strong background in restaurant management. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our daily operations, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality service and food standards, and maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's day-to-day operations
- Hire, train, and manage staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Create employee schedules and assign duties to ensure efficient operation
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Maintain high-quality food standards and monitor kitchen operations
- Collaborate with the chef to develop menu items and specials
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and kitchen procedures
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Arabic language skills are an advantage)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service
