Industrial Architect

We are seeking a talented and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Balzers. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings, factories, and other structures. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and construction teams to create functional and safe spaces that meet all necessary codes and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in architecture, along with at least 5 years of experience in industrial architecture. Strong knowledge of building materials and construction processes is essential for this role. You should also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts
- Create detailed plans and drawings using computer-aided design software
- Work closely with engineers to ensure structural integrity of designs
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities
- Oversee construction process to ensure adherence to plans and specifications
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Collaborate with other architects, designers, and contractors as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in industrial architecture
- Strong knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and building codes
- Proficiency in computer-aided design software
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Experience managing budgets and timelines

This is a contract job with a salary of $1000 per month. Accommodation will not be provided, but we will provide a free visa and ticket for the duration of the contract.
