Industrial Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Architect to join our team in Balzers. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop plans that meet their requirements while adhering to building codes and safety standards.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project objectives, budget, and timeline
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and specifications for industrial buildings and structures
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards
- Oversee construction process to ensure adherence to plans and specifications
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Coordinate with engineers and contractors to ensure seamless execution of projects
- Review and approve contractor proposals and change orders
- Manage project budget and schedule to ensure timely completion within budget constraints

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Industrial Architect or similar role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month for this contract position. This is a great opportunity for an Indian architect looking for a challenging role in a dynamic environment.
