As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial structures, such as factories, warehouses, and production facilities. Your primary goal will be to create functional and efficient spaces that meet the needs of various industries. You will work closely with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits to gather information on existing structures and terrain
- Create conceptual designs based on client requirements and industry standards
- Develop detailed construction plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure structural integrity and compliance with building codes
- Coordinate with contractors to oversee construction progress and address any issues that may arise
- Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure completion within specified parameters
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address any concerns

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience in industrial architecture or a similar field
- Proficient in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary: $1000 per month

Location: Balzers, Liechtenstein
