Commercial Architect



We are in search of a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Kolding. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as office spaces, retail stores, and restaurants. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, contractors, and other professionals to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet the needs of businesses.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and develop design concepts that align with their business goals
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of projects
- Monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with design specifications and timelines
- Conduct site visits to assess potential locations for commercial buildings
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in materials and technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Commercial Architect
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction processes
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month along with accommodation for non-local candidates. This is a contract position with an opportunity for extension based on performance. This is an urgent job opening so we are looking for candidates who can start immediately.
