We are seeking a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing our company's network infrastructure and systems. This includes troubleshooting technical issues, implementing new solutions, and ensuring the security of our network.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software
- Perform regular backups and updates to ensure system reliability
- Implement security measures to protect against cyber threats
- Maintain documentation of network configurations and procedures
- Provide technical support to employees on network-related matters
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to ensure smooth operation of all systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Network or Systems Administrator
- Knowledge of networking protocols, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Familiarity with firewalls, routers, switches, and other networking equipment
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
