Architecture Manager


We are seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in the beautiful city of Jerusalem. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all architectural projects and ensuring their successful completion. This role requires strong leadership skills, project management expertise, and a deep understanding of architecture principles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of architectural projects, from design to construction and completion
- Oversee a team of architects and ensure their work meets quality standards and deadlines
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resources allocation plans
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely delivery
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Review and approve design plans, materials, and construction methods
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders including clients, contractors, and government officials

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and construction methods
- Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and permitting processes in Jerusalem (preferred)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software (preferred)
