Contract Administrator
We are seeking a Contract Administrator to join our team in Dubai. This job is suitable for Indians and requires fluency in English. As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of contract administration, including drafting, negotiating, and finalizing contracts. This is a contract job, without the requirement of prior experience, and does not include accommodation.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and analyzing contract terms and conditions
- Drafting new contracts and modifying existing ones as needed
- Negotiating contract terms with clients and vendors
- Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and company policies
- Maintaining accurate records of all contracts and related documentation
- Identifying potential risks or issues in contracts and proposing solutions
- Liaising with various departments to ensure timely execution of contracts
- Resolving any disputes or issues that may arise during the contract process
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in contract administration or similar role
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs
- Biometric passport (preferred)
Salary:
This position offers a salary of 1700$ per month.
