Land Surveyor


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for determining property boundaries, analyzing data and measurements, and preparing reports and maps for construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys to determine property boundaries and topographical features
- Use specialized equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners to collect data
- Analyze data and measurements to create accurate maps and reports
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals on construction projects
- Ensure that all surveying work is completed in compliance with local laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate records of all surveying activities
- Provide guidance to junior surveyors as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Experience with specialized surveying equipment such as GPS and total stations
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations related to land surveying
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills
Salary: $900 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia (accommodation not provided)
