Sales Representative - Chelyabinsk, Russia


We are hiring a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our company's products or services to potential customers. Your main goal will be to increase sales and meet or exceed targets set by the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers through cold calling, networking, and market research
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Present and demonstrate our products or services to potential customers
- Negotiate sales contracts and terms with clients
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company
- Collect and analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities

Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or a related field preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive for results
- Fluent in Russian (proficiency in English is a plus)
- Must have own visa for working in Russia
