We are searching for a skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our growing team in Ufa. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This includes managing hardware and software installations, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the security of our network.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve overall IT infrastructure
- Manage hardware and software installations, upgrades, and maintenance
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions
- Monitor network security and implement necessary measures to protect against cyber threats
- Oversee the training of new employees on company's technology systems
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations
- Identify areas for cost reduction and make recommendations for efficient use of resources

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT management role
- Proficient in network administration, database management, and system security protocols
- Strong knowledge of data privacy laws and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines

Salary: 1800$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Ufa, Russia (open to candidates from other nationalities)

Employment Type: Contract (with possibility of extension)

Language Requirements: Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
