IT Manager for Contract Position in Ufa, Russia



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Ufa, Russia on a contract basis. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and operations. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, implementing and maintaining hardware and software systems, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our network. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of information technology, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This is an urgent position with no accommodation provided. Salary is 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of our company's information technology systems
- Manage a team of IT professionals
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
- Ensure the security and integrity of our network
- Troubleshoot issues with hardware, software, and network systems
- Evaluate new technologies to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Provide technical support to employees as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an IT Manager or in a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of information technology systems including hardware, software, networking, security protocols, etc.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to finding solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Russian (preferred)
