Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and developing relationships with clients. You must have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to meet sales targets. This position is open to Indian nationals with proficiency in English.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and develop relationships through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Conduct sales presentations to showcase our products and services
- Negotiate pricing and terms with clients to close deals
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client information
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by management
- Collaborate with other team members to develop effective sales strategies

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to work on commission-based compensation structure
